A severe fire gutted this property leaving just the external masonry walls intact. CRS completed the renovation which included the installation of disabled equipment.

Cornwall 2024
A fatal fire destroyed a 4 bedroomed executive property, and CRS were instructed to rebuild the house and garage. For most of the time the weather was wet and windy, but the project was still completed on time, and on budget. The potential problems of working adjacent to a busy lane were solved, minimising disruption to local traffic and neighbours. This project showcased the full extent of CRS's capabilities, from groundwork, to blockwork, to designing and installing a cut roof, to high quality internal finishes, and landscaping.

Birmingham 2024
A BBQ fire had burnt out the boundary fence and wooden garden shelter before spreading to the house itself. CRS rebuilt the interior including a new kitchen, and two bathrooms.
Office and Storeroom Rebuild
Mid Wales 2024
A garden office and adjoining store shed were destroyed by a fire. The only access to the garden was through a front door measuring only 4'2"/1.2m high and through a hand-built kitchen. Other contractors had turned the work down because of the logistical difficulties but CRS managed to complete the job to the satisfaction and relief of the property owner.

A modern family home was severely damaged by fire. The renovation included a new roof, all internal walls, new bathrooms, kitchen, stairs, and all fittings.
Rebuild fire ravaged restaurant

Following a devastating fire at this popular restaurant in West Wales, CRS were awarded the tender to fully refurbish it and have it up and running in time for the holiday season. The restaurant is now entering it's second season post restoration and is thriving once again.

Following a fire that destroyed a custom built barn, CRS rebuilt it to the original specifications much to the relief of the owner.
Farmhouse extensive internal and external rebuild
Eryri/Snowdon 2021
A remote farmhouse in the National Park presented a real challenge after it had badly damaged by a fire. There was no mains electricity or water, and the project had to be completed before the winter when the mile of rough track would become treacherous due to ice. CRS completed the project on time.
