Severe freeze caused pipes to burst in listed three storey farmhouse. Building was a high quality period home which needed much sympathetic restoration.

A flash flood across the valley from y Wyddfa, (Mount Snowdon), caused massive damage to this high quality rental property. The single storey rear annex was totally destroyed, all ground floor rooms flooded, and all external garden walls destroyed. Every fixture and fitting needed replacing and access was by a slippery and steep track. This job was completed on time using the full range of trades available, ground workers, masons, electricians, carpenters, heating engineers/plumbers, and decorators.
